You can add as many spouses as you can - click Add Spouse and then fill in the details. You can add as many children and dependants as you have. Click on ‘Add child/Dependant’. for children above 18 years select Dependant and then add the child’s name.

This is gross salary and/or allowance computed for a whole year

. If you have a property that is jointly owned by someone who is not your spouse or child, select ‘other’ and then below add the person’s name and NIN number.

Land which was previously declared as undeveloped but has now been developed in the next declaration, you remove it/dispose it from undeveloped land and add it to the developed land.

This is money above 5 million shs which is held in mobile money, crypto currency, bitcoins and even cash at home.

If a leader is leaving leadership position between 1st and 31st of March, please fill the EXIT declaration form. If not fill in the biennial declaration. For a leader who is leaving leadership position between 1st April and 31st September 2021 you are not supposed to fill in another form but simply notify the IGG that you are retiring.  For those who are leaving after 1st October 2021, this will be 6 months after the last declaration so please fill the EXIT declaration form. NB: The exit form will always be open for leaders that are retiring/resigning.
